1. Shipping Area

We currently offer delivery services exclusively within Vadodara. We are committed to ensuring our products reach you fresh and in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability.

3. Delivery Charges

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on orders above ₹500.
Standard Delivery: For orders below ₹500, a delivery fee of ₹50 will be charged.

4. Delivery Process

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification once your order is out for delivery, including an estimated delivery time.
Receiving Your Order: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. Our delivery personnel will contact you upon arrival.

5. Delivery Conditions

Incomplete or Incorrect Address: Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delivery Attempts: If no one is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt, we will make one additional delivery attempt. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our bakery, and you will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery time (additional charges may apply).

6. Freshness Guarantee

We are committed to delivering fresh products. If you receive an item that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
